What we need
- 1 broccoli
- Half an onion
- 1 liter of water
- 1 garlic
- 5 grams of turmeric powder
- 5 grams of black pepper powder (5 g)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

How to proceed
- Wash and chop the broccoli then the onion
